When you register for an account on FBAMetric, we collect basic identifying information such as your email address. To provide our core service, we also collect inventory data, purchase order details, and supplier information that you manually enter into the system.
2. Amazon SP-API Integration
If you choose to integrate FBAMetric with your Amazon Seller Central account via the SP-API, we request access only to the data necessary to provide you with inventory analytics and sales velocity tracking. Your API keys, refresh tokens, and credentials are encrypted securely in our database. We do not modify your Amazon listings or place orders on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to power the FBAMetric dashboard, calculate inventory velocity, generate purchase orders, and improve your experience on our platform. We never sell or share your business data, supplier lists, or sales metrics with third-party data brokers or competitors.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure database access, to protect your personal and business information. Passwords and API credentials are mathematically hashed and never stored in plain text.
