2. Description of Service
FBAMetric provides inventory analytics, tracking, and purchase order generation tools for Amazon FBA Sellers. The Service may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. Limitation of Liability
FBAMetric calculates inventory metrics based on the data provided manually or fetched via Amazon SP-API. However, market conditions fluctuate. FBAMetric is not responsible or liable for any financial losses, stockouts, overstocking, or business damages that result from relying on the automated recommendations, forecasts, or purchase orders generated by the Service.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and Amazon API credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
